WOCC WORKS is a training program developed in collaboration with Minority Women-owned training, talent acquisition, and human resources company Illinois Equity Staffing (IES).
Leveraging the community experiences fielded by WOCC coupled with the 3+ years of experience in Cannabis training IES brings to the partnership, WOCC WORKS has developed two training paths to assist Cannabis companies in creating real and lasting equitable company culture.
This training is the first in a series of trainings that view equity work from different perspectives.

Perspectives addresses institutional, ideological, interpersonal and individual understandings of how we approach, navigate and change our environments. This 1-hr training specifically highlights how racism has and continues to impact our work in the cannabis industry and the workplace as a whole while providing useful information as to how to create a more equitable work environment
